An extra HK$100 or above will be charged for appointments before 7am and after 10pm. |

Please note the following upon confirmation of your order: |

Deposit is NOT refundable if order is cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. |
| ii. |
Customer will be fully charged for the car hire for no-show at the specified time and location or cancels the service less than 24 hours before the appointment. |
|
A waiting charge will be applied on an hourly basis in situations when customer encounters passport problems at Immigration for more than 30 minutes. |
|
Toll and parking fees are exclusive for local car hires in Hong Kong only. |
|
The driver contact details will be provided to customer between 4pm and 6pm one day before appointment date. In case of traffic congestion or large crowds at immigration, we may replace the driver and another car of the same model. |

Please note that the above terms are for customer reference only. We are not liable for losses due to weather, traffic congestion, customer-related problems etc. |
